Melbury is the biggest build we have done to date comprising of 6500 sq ft of floor space with an extremely high specification. The main build consist of a basement cinema room, open planned kitchen dining room and entrance hall, large lounge with vaulted ceiling, 1 master bedroom with 2 dressing rooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, utility area large garage and store with annexe flat above garage area.

The finishing internally all timber finishes are in oak with about 100 m2 of oak flooring, another 100m2 of natural stone floor tiles, all skirting are oak along with the doors, 5 bathrooms in all finished in natural stone tile and bespoke marble. The lounge has 3 solid oak Half Frames supporting the roof, setting out the vaulted ceiling, all built on site as shown in Pictures. The property is heated throughout by under floor heating providing a constant and more even heat.

Externally there are some extensive terraced areas with natural stone slabs and seating built in.
